Ingredients
- 5 Chicken Breasts (boneless, one pkg is roughly 5 chicken breasts)
- 2 jar Salsa
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 Salt & Pepper to taste

Salt and pepper your chicken to taste

Heat vegetable oil in large skillet - medium high heat

In hot pan, sear the chicken 2-3 min per side

Lower heat to medium low, add salsa and cover pan for 15 minutes

Remove cover, flip chicken and heat for another 10-15 min or until done to your liking.

Immediately remove chicken from pan - do not discard salsa in pan.

Wait 5 min, then shred chicken with two forks. Add chicken back to pan and stir in the salsa.
